![]() ![]() What finally DID work was doing an in place Windows 10 upgrade. In fact one made it worse (turning off graphics acceleration). Tried all of the suggested fixes above and more and nothing worked. I didn't notice it at first because I don't often insert pics into Office apps. I finally got around to upgrading my main machine from Windows 7 to Windows 10 last month and this exact problem showed up. When he sends the email, it sends fine with the signature intact. ![]() The issue occurs in Word with images as well.Īny idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? The only change we made is that we upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and that's when this started happening. The Outlook menu tab text is overlayed onto the new message, the signature has an image in it but if I take out the image this does not happen. Here are some things I have tried to resolve this issue: It even happens in Microsoft Word, I tried pasting a few images into a new document and they all come up looking like this. This also happens with other images than the one that needs to be in his signature. This only happens when there are images in the signature. On the window to compose a new message, it shows a bunch of overlayed text and graphics from Outlook itself instead of the image. ![]() After upgrading, we find that on one computer there is a problem with Outlook when there's an image in that person's signature. Recently we have upgraded some of our computers to Windows 10. ![]()
